Been a minute. Lol. I see that look on your face aha!..and did you just roll your eyes? Of course! I miss you too.
I apologize for the long silence, but here’s what I’ve been up to all these while.
- Recently, I concluded my final year first semester exams! Woohoo! I am elated about it. This semester have been one of the most tedious semester ever, but I am thankful it has come to a successful end.
- Secondly, about writing. Don’t think because I stopped posting here, and have been too engrossed with school work that I stopped writing. Heck no! (Pardon my French), I didn’t. As a matter of fact here’s what you missed. - Thirdly, I followed a new path by trying something new. I applied for a free master class on screenwriting (Baking Bread 2.0) with “Victor Agahowa” (Nollywood filmmaker, screen writer, director, and show runner) and to my greatest surprise, I was shortlisted to attend. It was eye opening, and very enlightening. Every moment that day was magical! I got the opportunity to learn firsthand from an expert with so much knowledge to share, and a wealth of experience under his belt.
I also met a couple of A-list actors and networked with other phenomenal writers.
It would be appropriate to say, I’m broadening my horizon by delving into other aspects of creative writing. I am thankful for this journey and for everyone who stuck with me all through. You guys are phenomenal.
Lesson of the day;
Never be afraid to try new things
Well Dearie’s, how have you been? Would love to hear what you’ve been up to. Also, if you have questions about anything, feel free to ask.
